Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Acciom website at acciom.co.uk and any services provided by Acciom Limited ("Acciom", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11862326). By accessing the website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Acciom provides software development, SaaS products, and MarTech consultancy services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are agreed in a separate written Statement of Work or service agreement between Acciom and the client. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement.
2. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable UK or international laws
- Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its infrastructure
- Introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious code
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the website without prior written consent
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of Acciom Limited unless otherwise stated. Nothing on this website grants you a licence to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Where Acciom develops software or deliverables for a client under a separate agreement, intellectual property ownership is governed by that agreement. In the absence of an explicit IP assignment, Acciom retains all intellectual property rights in work produced.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for consultancy engagements and software development are agreed in advance and set out in the relevant Statement of Work or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
- Late payments accrue interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
- Acciom reserves the right to suspend work on overdue accounts
5. SaaS Products
Acciom operates standalone SaaS products (including Quickblog and QuickEasyTax). Use of those products is governed by their own separate terms of service and privacy policies, available on each product's respective website.
6. Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Acciom does not warrant that:
- The website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
- Information on the website is complete, accurate, or current

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acciom Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from use of the website shall not exceed £100. Liability for consultancy engagements is governed by the relevant service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Third-Party Links
This website contains links to third-party websites (including Quickblog and QuickEasyTax). These links are provided for convenience only. Acciom has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
9. Confidentiality
Where Acciom receives confidential information from a client in the course of an engagement, we treat it as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
